"Worked with Eric during Memorial Day weekend! Was super professional and great help with our big size party. We were a bit harder to work with since there were many various needs to be met but Eric managed it well and friendly. This was last minute and unplanned part on our end but Eric made it possible. Thank you so much for making our Memorial Day a great day at the lake."
"I can't recommend E-Z Rider Bike Shop enough!! My husband and I needed help with assembling a new bike and they came to the rescue not once, but twice! I'm about to order my own bike through them because we were so impressed. Truly awesome! Thank you guys so much again!"
"Stopped by EZ Rider for a sudden issue on my ride home today and these guys were more than willing to help resolve the problem in just minutes! Recommend this place for any of your bike needs."
"Stopped by this shop to see if they could help me fix my wobbly stem on my electric scooter. The gentleman that helped me out was very willing to help and tried a bunch of stuff to help me out. When I offered to pay him he said it wasn’t necesssry. Very nice place! Will definitely go back if I need help in the future!"
"This is a fantastic e-bike shop in Chicago. they are knowledgeable and work on all types of electric bikes, and their staff is super knowledgeable.
